The Dickinson API is hosting our 24th Annual API Gumbo Cookoff on Saturday, March 26, 2022, at the West River Ice Rink in Dickinson, ND. The West River Ice Center allows for more cooking teams, more space, and more FUN!!

All fun-filled actives include; appetizer competition between the companies(optional), awards for best decorated area/both, Gumbo and people’s choice. There will be a 50/50 raffle for the public as well as entertainment starting at 6:30 p.m.! Event is now 21 and over when open to the public.

Booth spaces are 10’x20’ and will be sectioned and draped. $300/booth space. It is a first-come, first-selection for booth spaces.
Teams are encouraged to decorate their booth space. Companies will have access to the cleaning area to wash all dishes.
