Join us for a luncheon featuring Francisco Leon, President and Chief Executive Officer of California Resources Corporation.

About the Speaker

Francisco Leon has served as President and CEO of California Resources Corporation since April 2023 and has been a member of its Board of Directors since April 2023. He previously served as CRC’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and held several leadership roles with the company, including Vice President of Portfolio Management and Strategic Planning and Vice President of Corporate Development.

Before joining CRC, Leon held various finance, planning, and business development roles at Occidental Petroleum Corporation. He began his career with Petrie Parkman & Co., Inc., an energy-focused investment banking firm.

Leon holds an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from San Diego State University and CETYS Universidad in Mexico.

He has also served on the Board of the Union Rescue Mission of Los Angeles and currently serves on the Board of the American Red Cross – LA Chapter and the Advisory Board of the McCombs School of Business.
