The 2026 Fall Committee on Petroleum Measurement Standards (COPM) Meeting brings together industry professionals to participate in the development and maintenance of petroleum measurement standards used throughout the industry. The meeting is open to individuals and organizations with a direct and material interest in petroleum measurement standards.

The Committee on Petroleum Measurement (COPM) oversees approximately 180 standards used worldwide for custody transfer operations. Technical committees include:

- Committee on Production Measurement & Allocation (CPMA)
- Committee on Measurement Quality (COMQ)
- Committee on Measurement Accountability (COMA)

- Committee on Measurement Education & Training (COMET)
