About the Speaker
Kyle Reynolds, CPL, is the Managing Member of RBG Permian LLC with broad experience across the Permian Basin, Eagle Ford, and emerging ventures. He previously held leadership roles at Chesapeake Energy and Energen Resource Corporation, leading business development initiatives and managing Permian and mineral assets.
Beyond the energy sector, Kyle is a co-owner of Benjamin Lee Bison, Fair-Weather Friend Brewpub, and Greenway Capital Partners. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Writing from the University of Central Arkansas and a Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law.
An active leader within the land and legal communities, Kyle has served in numerous AAPL leadership roles, including Treasurer and First Vice President. He is also a weekly contributor to The Pig Sty and enjoys cooking, traveling, reading, and Razorbacks sports with his wife, Amy, and their three children.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
If you make a reservation, pay for it, and later decide to cancel before the reservation deadline, you may request a refund through the HAPL Office. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to hapl@hapl.org.
Approved refunds will be issued for the total amount paid minus a $5.00 credit card processing fee. The cancellation deadline for this event is Friday, January 2, 2026.
When requesting a refund, please include the name and date of the event, along with the amount paid. Refunds cannot be issued for reservations that were paid for but not canceled prior to the deadline. In such cases, the registrant will be considered a no-show.
All pre-registered members, guests, and non-members who have not prepaid and do not attend will be billed as a no-show.
