Join land professionals from across the region at the 2026 Southwest Land Institute (SWLI), one of the premier educational and networking events for the energy industry. Hosted by the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL) in partnership with the Dallas Association of Petroleum Landmen (DAPL) and the Fort Worth Association of Professional Landmen (FWAPL), this annual event combines industry-leading education, valuable networking, and an exciting evening in the heart of the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex.

Event Overview

The Southwest Land Institute is designed for land professionals seeking the latest legal, regulatory, and industry insights while expanding their professional network. Attendees will participate in expert-led educational sessions, enjoy a networking reception with views of Globe Life Field, AT&T Stadium, and Choctaw Stadium, and have the option to attend a Texas Rangers game following the event.
