The 8th Annual Rodney Sparks Memorial Golf Scramble will be held on July 14 at Oglebay Resort. Last year, we sold out both golf courses and had over 220 golfers at the event representing nearly every E&P and service company within the region.

Naming Sponsor – (1) – $10,000 – The event will be called the 8th Annual Rodney Sparks Memorial Golf Scramble presented by ‘Company Name’, your logo will be displayed on all day of event signage (welcome banner, each cart, etc.), your company logo will be on the giveaway item each golfer receives (your company can also provide swag to give away to each golfer), your company logo will be printed on awards given to skill prize winners and tournament winners. You will receive 2 complimentary foursomes to the event, 2 tee box sponsorship signs, the option to have a tent on the golf course and the hole-in-one sponsorships will be in your company’s name. In order to ensure your logo is on the branded hand outs, this sponsorship will need to be purchased by June 7

Drink Cart Sponsors – (6) – $700 – your company’s logo will be displayed on the drink carts driving around the course as well as on signage at check-in

Lunch at the Turn Sponsors – (4) – $600 – as a lunch sponsor, your company logo will be displayed on signage at check-in and where lunches are served

Tent Sponsors – (10) – $500 – as a tent sponsor you get the opportunity to provide a tent out on the golf course to promote your brand – you are able to give away prizes, play a game, provide snacks or drinks (alcohol must be purchased from Oglebay) and your logo will be displayed at check-in

Skill Prize Sponsors – (10) – $400 – as a skill prize sponsor your company will be a sponsor for a tournament sponsored skill activity – Longest Drive (men’s + women’s), Closest to the Pin, Closest 2nd Shot, or Long Putt. Your logo will be included on signage on the course where your skill prize location and plaque given to skill prize winner

Tee Box Sponsors – $100 – your company logo will be on a sign on a hole on the golf course
