Join us for the 20th Annual Crude Oil Classic, a premier golf tournament hosted by the University of Texas at Austin Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE). This highly anticipated event brings together students, professionals, and industry leaders for a day of golf, networking, and meaningful impact.
As the organization’s primary annual fundraiser, proceeds from the tournament directly support student development opportunities, including professional events, certifications, networking initiatives, and participation in global conferences such as the SPE Annual Technical Conference and Exhibition (ATCE).
Tournament Format
- 4-player scramble on an 18-hole course
- Shotgun start between 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM
- Prizes awarded following tournament play

- Pre-Tournament Putting Contest
