Cristina Stellar
Managing Director & Senior Vice President, BOK Financial Securities

Cristina Stellar serves as Managing Director and Senior Vice President at BOK Financial Securities in Houston. Prior to joining BOK’s Energy Investment Banking group, she was Head of Business Development at Grizzly Energy (formerly Vanguard Natural Resources), where she led the divestiture of all company assets. She previously spent 13 years at Hess Corporation and began her career at PwC.

Cristina has experience across all major U.S. basins and internationally. She holds a master’s degree in petroleum engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and bachelor’s degrees in economics and business administration from Charles III University of Madrid. She was named one of Oil & Gas Investor’s 2024 Influential Women in Energy.
