About the Presentation
Implementing a well construction automation system requires a clear value progression demonstrating benefits for all stakeholders. This presentation will explore how technology and processes can be deployed at scale to improve performance across the well lifecycle.
Discussion topics include the impact of drilling automation on operational efficiency, reducing process variation, improving wellbore quality, and integrating well delivery processes through interconnected systems.
Using practical examples, the session will examine how multiparty collaboration and automation can help manage lifecycle well requirements while supporting safer and more economical hydrocarbon production.
The presentation also addresses the organizational, process, and technology changes required to move from isolated departmental goals toward a fully integrated well construction value stream.
