Attire

This is a formal event with a black-tie option. Jeans, t-shirts, or golf shirts are not permitted.

Parking Options

• Valet Parking: $38 up to 6 hours. Inform valet of event rate.
• Self-Parking (Avenida North Garage): Discounted $20 during event (validation required). Garage connects to hotel via skywalk.
• Light Rail stops at the hotel.

Event Schedule (Texas Ballroom – 4th Floor)

• 7:00 PM: Doors Open (e-ticket required; no tickets sold at the door)
• 7:00 – 10:30 PM: Martini Bar, Champagne Divas, Casino, Caricatures, Glitter Bar, Photo Booths, Photos
• 7:00 – 9:30 PM: Buffet-Style Dinner
• Music by The Spazmatics
• 9:30 PM: Dessert & Coffee Bar
• 10:30 PM: Pizza Bar
• 11:00 PM: Door Prize & Grand Prize Drawings (must be present to win)

Note: Due to the open martini bar, guests under 21 are not permitted.

All tickets are electronic—no physical tickets will be mailed.

• Select “My Tickets” → Choose your purchase → Select a ticket to transfer
