Please join us for the AADE February Luncheon – Operators Forum

Location: Hilton Garden Inn, 1000 Corporate Drive, Canonsburg, PA, 15317

Time: Please be registered by 11:10AM to ensure we are able to get started with the presentations at 11:30AM.

Student Information

Students are invited to come to the operators forum, one of the basin’s biggest networking events, for free. We will be having a poster contest, where the top four winners will recieve a cash prize:

First Place – $1000

Second Place – $750

Third Place – $500

Fourth Place – $250

Every participant – $50 for materials/travel

Display times: 10:45-11:45 and 1:30-2:00 pm (Subject to change).

All participants will be invited to showcase their posters at the top golf event and can use the same poster for the SPE contest. If participation is lacking, the entire event will be moved back to the top golf event. Students will be notified. Please register as either a poster contest participant or student admission (not both). All students will receive free lunch.
