Cancellation & Substitution Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to registrar@api.org by Friday, August 21, 2026.
- Cancellations received by August 21, 2026, are eligible for a refund minus a $100 processing fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after August 21, 2026.
- Registration fees cannot be transferred to another event.
- Registrant substitutions for the same event may be made at any time by written request.
