Gas & Oil Association of West Virginia Annual Summer Meeting Aug 2-4, 2026

Bring the family and join your friends for the 2026 GO-WV Summer Meeting taking place at The Greenbrier in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia. You won’t want to miss the excellent lineup of speakers during the industry presentations on Monday and Tuesday. The fun of GO-WV’s Annual Summer Meeting takes place August 2-4 and you will want to take full advantage of the good times awaiting you!

Golf tee times are available Sunday morning on the Meadows Course and Sunday evening is the garden party-themed welcome reception and banquet atop Kate’s Mountain. Come enjoy our traditional buffet of lobster and filet mignon. Entertainment will be provided.

Industry presentations and business session on Monday and Tuesday will include industry and government leaders. Your time at The Greenbrier can be filled with sporting events, as well, with something for everyone. There will be men’s and women’s doubles tennis tournament and mixed doubles tennis tournament at the Tennis Club, Trap & Skeet Tournament at The Greenbrier Gun Club on Kate’s Mountain, golf tee times on Sunday and Monday and tournament on Tuesday, Casino Night and Pickle Ball Tournament at the Tennis Club.

Please note that the “Cabanas and Cocktails” event is now closed. We have reached our registration limit.

Your Summer Meeting adventure concludes Tuesday evening with an awards reception and dinner in Colonial Hall, plus door prizes and entertainment! We’ll be continuing the America 250 celebration, so wear your patriotic colors!
