Save the Date: AADE Luncheon Sponsorships 2025 – Nov 6, 2025 – Houston, TX

We are accepting sponsorships for the AADE Houston Chapter 2025 meeting year. The monthly luncheons are held at the Petroleum Club of Houston.

The sponsorship amount for each meeting is $250 (although a company may donate a larger amount) and also includes 2 passes to the luncheon.

Payments can be made by credit card or check, made out to AADE Houston. Along with your payment, please email us your corporate logo in a “.jpg” format.

All sponsors will be listed on the PowerPoint presentation which runs for all meetings. In addition, all corporate logos will also be listed on the AADE Houston Chapter website for each meeting, meeting announcements, social media and table tents at the luncheon. This allows companies to receive repeated recognition for their support of AADE Houston Chapter throughout the meeting year.
