Join us for the OHH DFW Inaugural Cosmic Clay Shoot on October 23, 2025 at The Porch Venue. Enjoy a unique spin on a traditional clay shoot where we will compete at night with Glow-in-the-Dark clays, all benefiting the DFW oilfield community!
Deadline for team entry is October 16, 2025.
Sponsorships and logos submitted after September 26, 2025 will not be guaranteed logo placement on printed promotional efforts.
As a sponsor, your company will help offset event expenses to allow maximum proceeds to be used to benefit oilfield families in financial crisis. Your company will be recognized in several ways during the event and online. At certain sponsorship levels, you can register a team to participate in the tournament at no additional cost and can set up a tent for promotion. A wide variety of sponsorship levels are available. TIME: Shooting begins at 7:30 PM
FAQ:
Shooting teams consist of four (4) shooters. Each team will receive a glow-in-the-dark team photo. We are not offering single shooter registration at this time.
All shooters will get 50 cosmic glow-in-the-dark targets each.
Food & non-alcoholic beverages will be provided with purchase. NO alcohol is allowed onsite.
Ammo is NOT provided. Only 7-1/2, 8 and 9 shot allowed. Ammo will not available to purchase at the venue.
Only 12, 16, 20, 28 and 410 gauge shotguns allowed.
Cornhole, Axe Throwing and Arcade games are onsite. Spectator passes are also available for access to food, beverage and games.
Parking onsite is LIMITED. Please consider carpooling with your team or consolidating vehicles in Waxahachie on your way to the venue.
All shooters, volunteers, onsite sponsors and spectators MUST sign an OHH Event Release & Waiver of Liability Agreement form.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to planning and pre-event expenses, all team registration payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to the next scheduled DFW Shooting Event if requested 10 days prior to the event date and confirmed by OHH in writing.
