This month we will feature Kate Ruddy Elliott who is the founder of Wellbore Builder.

Kate began her career in the Midland Basin as a Drilling Engineer with Devon Energy. After various promotions into more senior roles, she later became a Drilling & Completions Data Analytics Engineer with Anadarko Petroleum, now Oxy. Most recently, she transitioned to Reservoir Engineering at Continental Resources. In 2022, Kate started Wellbore Builder with the mission of creating a simpler way to build a wellbore diagram.

Kate graduated from Vanderbilt University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Oklahoma. She is heavily involved in the Oklahoma City section of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and various other volunteer organizations.

Kate will talk 15 min about her career and experiences, followed by a short Q&A and networking.
