The tournament supports the Energy Workforce Scholarship Program, which provides educational assistance to employees, spouses, children, or other legal dependents of employees at Energy Workforce Member Companies.

The Energy Workforce Scholarship Program provides educational assistance to an employee, spouse, child or other legal dependent of an employee of an Energy Workforce Member Company, encouraging continued education past the high school level.
