The American oilfield continues to evolve quickly. Over the past decade, increased investor pressure for efficiency has cut the cost of drilling and completing each foot of reservoir by nearly 50%. Richard Spears brings more than 40 years of industry insight. He began his career driving a Halliburton sand truck and now serves on the boards of several global oilfield service companies while helping lead Spears & Associates, an oilfield market research firm with nearly 500 clients.
