DESCRIPTION:This Event Reminder is Sponsored by:\n\nThe Mid-Continent Chapter of the AADE is pleased to announce the 6th Annual Fin, Feather, Fur Food Festival (F5) to take place in Edmond on November 3, 2022 located at Aspen Ranch. The festivities will be from 4:30 pm to 9:00 pm. This unique cook-off competition gives cooking teams a chance to show off their culinary skills and enjoy an evening with the Mid-Continent Oil & Gas Community. The F5 is open to both service company vendors and operators that will cook food to be sampled by those in attendance. Each cook team will be asked to prepare a dish that is a Fin, Feather or Fur item. Guest judges will sample and judge each entry and select a winner for the best food and attendees will pick a Fan Favorite! The event will be held at Aspen Ranch again but we are moving to the larger venue for this year’s event! You don’t want to miss this opportunity to participate!\nREGISTRATION LINK\nF5 Event Details:\nGOLD SPONSORSHIP $1500 – 1 cook team and 10×20 space, 20 beverage tickets with company logo to distribute, company recognition on PowerPoint display at the event.\nNETWORKING SPONSORSHIP $1000 – 1 cook team, 15 beverage tickets with company logo to distribute, company recognition on banner at the beverage stations, PowerPoint display during the event.\nTEAM SPONSORSHIP $550 – 1 cook team and 10x10space, 7 beverage tickets with company logo to distribute, company recognition on PowerPoint during the event.\nTROPHY SPONSORSHIP $500 – company recognition on PowerPoint display during the event and company name included on the team trophy’s presented.\nGENERAL SPONSORSHIP $300 – company recognition on PowerPoint during the event\nEvent hours: 4:30 – 9 PM\nThere is no ticket required for entrance into the event but AADE Mid-Continent membership is highly encouraged.\nFood will be prepared outside and brought inside the arena for sampling. Multiple items can be prepared and served at the booth but only ONE item can be entered per company for the competition.\nGuest judges will sample all dishes. Judges will decide winners for 1st, 2nd and 3rd with a fan favorite award that will be voted on by the attendees.\nJudging will take place at 4:00 and be scheduled in increments of 15 minutes so the teams will be able to ensure food is hot. Plates will be provided for consistency on portions served. Times will be scheduled for each team and notices will be given the day before the event.\nTeams are encouraged to pick a theme and decorate their 10×10 space but standard signage will be provided for each booth.
