Stay tuned for updates.\nPrivate Capital Conference Chair\nKeith Behrens\nManaging Director and Head of Energy Investment Banking Group, Stephens Inc.\nKeith Behrens joined Stephens in May 2009 as a managing director. Before that, he co-founded and served as a managing partner of Energy Capital Solutions. He brings approximately 30 years of investment banking experience with firms including Bear Stearns and Wasserstein Perella, with a focus on exploration and production companies and other energy-related businesses.\nThroughout his career, Behrens has led and executed approximately 230 transactions totaling $53 billion in volume, spanning mergers and acquisitions, public and private equity, and senior and mezzanine debt.\nHis industry involvement includes more than six years on the board of Enservco Corp. (NYSE MKT: ENSV), service on the Dallas Petroleum Club board, and previous leadership as chair of IPAA’s Private Capital Conference. He has also supported the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business through advisory roles with its Master of Finance Program and Energy Management and Innovation Center.
