Field case studies highlight friction-factor reductions, performance over time, and situations where modern surface equipment and optimized drill string design may make lubricant additions unnecessary.\nRoberto Cruz-Nemer has more than 15 years of experience drilling challenging ERD wells worldwide, specializing in ultra-long laterals, multi-laterals, deepwater MPD and HPHT wells.
