With limited spots available and a variety of ways to participate or sponsor, this is an event you won’t want to miss. Please review the following important details about participation and sponsorship.\nPARTICIPATION DETAILS\nTeam Registration:\n– The number of 4-person teams is limited to 24 for this year.\n– Entry deadline is Friday, June 13, 2025.\n– Each team member will be required to sign a waiver of liability at registration.\n– Substitutions are allowed until registration closes.\n– The team captain listed on the entry form will be responsible for ensuring that all team members review the rules.\n– Individuals and 2-person teams may also register. These shooters will be combined into 4-person teams during registration.\nEvent Format:\n– 100 shot round sporting clays.\n– Two teams will be assigned to each station.\n– Each team will score and pull targets for the other team paired at the station.\n– Awards will be given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams based on gross scores.\nSchedule:\n– Registration opens on at 10:00 am.\n– Lunch will be served at 11:00 am.\n– The tournament will begin at 12:00 pm.\n– Raffle boards, prizes, and awards will be presented at 3:00 PM.\nFees\n– $1000 per team of 4 ($950 if you bring your own cart).\n– $500 for a team of 2, and $250 for individuals.\n– Payment can be made online (see below) of via check or credit card at registration\n– Raffle boards with $10 and $20 squares will be available for a chance at a wide range of beautiful guns.\nWhat’s Included:\n– Registration fee includes clays, lunch, prizes, and a 4-person golf cart\nSafety Guidelines:\n– Safety is our utmost priority.\n– The consumption of alcoholic beverages will not be permitted until after all shooting activities have concluded.\n– Ear protection and shooting glasses are required for all participants.\nSPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES\nWe greatly appreciate the support of both corporate and individual sponsors for this event. Sponsorship can come in many forms, including:\n– Station Sponsor\n– Cash donations\n– Food and drink contributions\nVolunteers\nAs a Station Sponsor, your company will have the unique opportunity to sponsor a clay shooting station. This sponsorship includes the ability to showcase your company’s logo and distribute promotional materials, snacks, merchandise, and more. It’s a great way to gain visibility with approximately 100 participants from the oil and gas industry. Station sponsorships are available for $500.\nYour sponsorship will help make this event a success and contribute to a meaningful cause.
